Terms & Conditions of the NAUCode Franchise Program

To ensure the success and sustainability of our franchise partners, we have established the following terms and conditions:

• Initial Franchise Fee: A one-time fee ranging from $15,000 to $50,000 USD, depending on the market and territory.

• Royalty Fees: A monthly royalty fee of 6% - 10% of gross revenue, which covers ongoing support, brand maintenance, and access to updated materials.

• Marketing Fund Contribution: A monthly contribution of 1% - 3% of gross revenue towards a collective marketing fund.

• Training Fees: An initial training fee of $2,000 - $5,000 per person, covering comprehensive training and onboarding programs.

• Territory Rights: Each franchise will be granted exclusive rights to operate in a defined territory, with the opportunity to expand.

• Operational Standards: Franchisees must adhere to NAUCode’s operational standards, guidelines, and procedures to maintain brand consistency and quality.

• Renewal and Exit Options: Franchise agreements are valid for 10 years with the option to renew. Franchisees may exit the agreement under defined conditions.
